THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Farm Operators in Nildottie, SA. Reporting directly to the Farm Manager, you will play a key role in all facets of our farming operations, from ground preparation to harvest. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for agriculture to contribute to the success of our operations.

• Operate tractors and other farming equipment for planting, cultivation, and harvesting of potatoes.
• Assist with ground preparation, including soil tilling, irrigation setup, and planting.
• Monitor crop health and assist in pest and weed management practices.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Support the harvesting process, including operating machinery and ensuring proper handling of crops.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting harvested crops to storage or distribution sites.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations on the farm.
• Keep accurate records of farming activities, equipment usage, and crop yields.
• Collaborate with the farm team to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
