We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer and production - focused farmshop assistant to join our team in Cirencester.

THE ROLE:

The successful candidates would be responsible for the daily production serving of the deli including our food to go range of, hot rotisserie sandwiches, pulled pork buns, handmade pies and pasty’s, quiches, pate’s, salads and drinks as well as general shop help.
This role will be a diverse roll with lots of potential for innovation and we welcome your own ideas on how we can increase our offering and strengthen our brand with quality artisan produce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help the team produce the arrangement of food that is served thought out the store on both our deli, carvery and check out areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and expertly serve customers at the counter.
• Collaborate with the store manager to manage stock inventory and ensure product freshness.
• Strictly adhere to HACCAP Guidelines to maintain food safety standards.
• Contribute to the presentation of the deli counter by stocking, cutting, and displaying items.
• Prepare and serve customers as well as assist with tills when needed.
