We are seeking a Manager for our farm shop In Thornham.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate Foodie who will be responsible for managing the store’s day-to-day activities, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve targets
- Supervise and train staff in product knowledge, and customer service
- Implement strategies to maximise store profitability
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and cleanliness
- Manage stock control procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

• Food lover
• Proven experience within the grocery sector with a focus on sales and service
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise workload
  -Hands On Approach, able to deal with deliveries and shelf replenishment
• Knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting to director level
  -Flexible and able to work weekends and Bank holidays
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
