• Ensures a fresh and appealing farm stand by keeping tables and displays clean and well stocked and removing out-of-date/spoiled products.
• Organize and display produce.
• Monitors and prevents spoilage
• Completes refrigerator temperature worksheet.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives to the farm stand on time, ready to work; works all scheduled shifts.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintains, or ensures maintenance of, a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties depending on shift; ensures accuracy of signs and pricing.
• Immediately reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by owner.
