Job Description Twin Farms is seeking a seasonal Farm Hand to join our team for the 2026 growing season. This hands-on role supports both our culinary and landscaping teams, helping care for our restaurant garden and maintain the flower gardens and grounds across our scenic estate in Barnard, Vermont. You’ll work closely with our chefs and groundskeeper to ensure the very best of what’s grown on property makes its way to our kitchen, and ultimately, to our guests. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Ideal candidates bring: Experience with vegetable or flower production (home garden or farm experience welcome) Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, and bending Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions Efficiency, adaptability, and a positive, can-do attitude Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Reliability, including availability to work at least one weekend day Primary Responsibilities Assist with all aspects of vegetable and flower production: Bed preparation, planting, weeding, harvesting, and wash/pack Deliver produce and flowers to the kitchen Support pest and disease management as needed Contribute to general garden maintenance and landscape care Qualifications Prior experience in vegetable and/or flower gardening, farming, or landscaping (professional or personal) Familiarity with organic gardening practices Exposure to restaurant gardens or farm-to-table systems Interest in sustainable agriculture or the culinary arts Additional Information At Twin Farms, we believe that when our team members are genuinely cared for, they are empowered to deliver extraordinary hospitality.
