JOB DESCRIPTION

Misty Valley Growers is a greenhouse and nursery operation in Chilliwack, BC. We are looking for a Farm Supervisor to join our team. The Farm Supervisor will oversee daily greenhouse operations and support a team of workers to ensure quality crop production.

REQUIREMENTS

• Secondary school graduation certificate (high school).
• 1–2 years of experience in greenhouse, nursery, or farm operations.
• Supervisory or leadership experience an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced greenhouse environment.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of greenhouse and nursery employees.
• Develop work schedules and assign tasks for planting, watering, harvesting, and packaging.
• Train staff in safety procedures and proper greenhouse practices.
• Monitor crop production and maintain quality standards.
• Keep records of production, inventory, and work performed.
• Operate and maintain greenhouse equipment and irrigation systems as required.
