＜業務内容＞屋内型農園でハーブなどの栽培・加工から製品にするまでの業務全般栽培・加工業務種まきから収穫収穫したハーブの乾燥ハーブティー、ポプリ等の製品加工、ラッピング製品の出荷準備栽培・加工に関わる清掃や日報作成、それに付随する業務＜応募条件＞他の障害者社員とチームワークで仕事が出来る方栽培等の経験不問その他：栽培・加工・ラッピングしたハーブティー、ポプリは本社、各事業所にて社員の方に提供されます。管理者（指導員）が常駐し、丁寧な指導・サポート体制がありますので、安心して就業いただけます。

Responsibilities

Perform all tasks related to the cultivation and processing of herbs in an indoor farm, from sowing seeds to harvesting. Prepare products such as herbal teas and potpourri, including packaging and shipment preparation.
