Sales experience of some sort, most fitting as a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling auto, home, recreational (toys), and life insurance to individuals and families. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting new clients, building lasting relationships, and actively engaging in the community to drive business growth.
Salary Range: $25,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For:
A self-motivated, goal-oriented sales professional.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to make outbound calls daily to generate leads.
Passion for community involvement and networking.
Willingness to utilize social media to market to potential clients and build your own brand within The agency and Farmers Insurance.
Prior insurance sales experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate!
Must be able to obtain or currently hold a state insurance license for MO & KS.
