Your tasks

Care and feeding of the animals (feeding, cleaning of boxes, etc.)
Field work (spreading manure, mowing, fertilizing, etc.)
General tasks in agriculture

This is what you bring with you

Completed training as an animal/farmer or several years of professional experience in agriculture
Driving licence class B is mandatory (class T is desirable)
Reliability & Motivation
Possibly willing to travel
