This is an exciting time to join us, as we grow our full-time team and continue to strengthen our place in the industry. You’ll be joining a modern, forward-thinking brand with deep roots in craftsmanship and customer care.
What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our retail team, you’ll:

• Guide customers through the full Eight Yards experience, from ready-to-wear shopping, kilt hire and bespoke tailoring.
• Offer styling advice and help customers find the perfect look for weddings, formal events, or everyday flair.
• Assist with fittings and tailoring consultations.
• Handle stock, displays, and tech systems with care and confidence.
• Be part of a warm, supportive team where no two days are ever the same.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a customer-facing retail environment.
• A love of clothing and a good eye for style – especially if you’re into kilts and classic menswear.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• A professional and polished appearance.
• Confidence with technology and point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to learn about tailoring and made-to-measure services.
• An upbeat, team-first attitude and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced setting.
