Fashion Design Intern

  • FTC – Full Time
  • Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours a week
  • Hybrid Working – 4 Days in the office depending on workload requirements
  • Based in London – Camden

We are now recruiting for a passionate, and dedicated Fashion Design Intern for the Formalwear team based in London.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

The Internship is a varied role. You will support our fantastic inhouse design team and learn how the fashion industry works. This role will include a broad range of tasks including; admin, trend research, helping to prepare for customer meetings, and supporting on the development of our ranges. No day is ever the same. You will build up a wealth of product knowledge and develop yourself within the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for interns who are:

  • Currently on a fashion course /recent graduate and are eager to gain hands on experience in the fashion industry.
  • Creative and aware of current trends and themes with the drive to understand how these are communicated and tailored to each customer.
  • An excellent communicator and someone who is comfortable and confident working with colleagues and customers at all levels, including customers and factories and third parties based in the Far East and Europe.
  • Highly organised, efficient and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel), photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge on how to design shapes.
  • Proactive, positive and solutions focused.
