Role Overview:
We’re seeking a creative and technically skilled fashion designer/stylist to join our founding team. This individual will shape the look, feel, and identity of our athletic wear line, ensuring our collections are trend-driven, performance-ready, and brand-defining.

Job Description:

• Conceptualize and design athletic wear collections (men’s, women’s, or unisex).
• Develop mood boards, sketches, and technical packs.
• Research fabrics, materials, and performance innovations.
• Collaborate with manufacturers on prototypes and final samples.
• Style product shoots and contribute to visual storytelling for campaigns.
• Stay ahead of sportswear, streetwear, and fashion trends to ensure brand relevance.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio in athletic wear, activewear, or streetwear design.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or CAD tools.
• Knowledge of textiles, sportswear performance materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Creative flair with an understanding of luxury lifestyle branding.
• Ability to balance functionality with aesthetic appeal.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fashion styling for photoshoots/campaigns.
• Familiarity with influencer-driven fashion and social media trends.
• Industry connections (fabrics, factories, PR, stylists).
