JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in fashion e-commerce (retail or brand-side).
  • Proven experience managing online product listings, supplier coordination, and marketing content creation.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong eye for fashion trends and customer preferences.
  • Excellent writing skills for product descriptions and marketing content.
  • Highly organised with strong multitasking ability.
Responsibilities
  • Design Development: Collaborate on design ideation to align with customer needs and brand vision. Test prototypes with suppliers, provide feedback, and confirm production orders.
  • Supplier & Production Coordination: Manage communications and timelines with suppliers to ensure quality control and on-time delivery.
  • Content & Photoshoot Management: Schedule and coordinate photoshoots with models and photographers.
  • E-Commerce Management: Upload new products, including writing SEO-optimised product descriptions. Maintain accurate product details and pricing across the site.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and execute basic email marketing campaigns to engage customers and boost sales. Collaborate on ideas for promotions, newsletters, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Work with the operations team to ensure smooth product launches and inventory accuracy.
