We’re a growing fashion business based in Burwood Victoria, passionate about bringing style and innovation to our customers through our three bricks and mortar stores and online business.
We’re looking for a creative and driven Fashion Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand across digital platforms, and in-store promotions.

The hands on Fashion Marketing Channel lead with have end to end ownership whilst working alongside the business founder to steer the strategic direction by

• Plan and manage omnichannel marketing campaigns from concept through to execution
• Lead social media strategy, content calendars, through engaging rich content developed to maximise revenue
• Manage Website and its functionality and ongoing improvements
• Enhance CRM strategy through EDM’s, customer flows, blogs and SMS
• Coordinate influencer partnerships
• Execute photo shoots
• Work with external agencies to manage paid media
• Produce reporting to provide actionable insights
• Develop marketing initiatives for store events, pop-ups, and seasonal launches

What We’re Looking For

• A proactive adaptable team player but works with autonomy and accountability for their area of expertise in Marketing
• An understanding of AI and where it can assist the business, along with a thorough knowledge of Shopify, and Klaviyo
• A proven track record delivering multi channel marketing with experience in social media and digital marketing,
• Manage and implement content creation
• A Data led marketing strategy developed as a strategic thinker
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for trends and storytelling
• Excellent communication, strong organisation and project management skills with attention to detail, prioritising and multi task to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
