Our client, a lifestyle skateboarding brand, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team. The Sales Manager will lead daily sales operations, develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, and build strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. This role offers an excellent opportunity to take charge in a fast-paced, innovative environment, working with a premier skateboarding company in Nigeria.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for skateboarding, streetwear, or youth culture is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and ensuring targets are met.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build lasting partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
  • Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, using insights to improve strategies and performance.
