Here’s what you’ll be doing: Sort Like a Pro: Quickly and efficiently sort donated goods into their respective categories. Quality Control: Ensure only the best items make it through by disposing of poor-quality goods. Safety First: Keep our workspace safe and clean, report any equipment issues, and handle goods with care. Team Player: Collaborate with your teammates and support each other to keep things running smoothly. Continuous Improvement: Help us get better every day by following and improving our processes. Respect and Inclusion: Value and respect everyone’s background, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. What We’re Looking For: Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet daily and weekly targets. Great Communicator: Strong communication skills.
