ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking energetic, customer-focused Fast Casual Servers/Barista / Shift Lead to deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily bakery operations. This role combines hands-on beverage and food service and team work in a fast-paced bakery environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-driven, and passionate about coffee, baked goods, and hospitality. What You’ll Do • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas to brand standards • Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly customer service • Operate POS systems and process payments • Assist customers with baked goods, and product recommendations • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service, beverage, and display areas • Communicate with kitchen and bakery teams regarding orders, inventory, and product availability • Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with ordering and receiving deliveries What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in serving espresso, teas • Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills • Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume setting • Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures Qualifications Relevant Work Experience Minimum Level: 1 year of food and beverage experience in a high-volume atmosphere. Preferred Level: 1 year of food and beverage experience in a bakery or café Requirements Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of their scheduled shift. Must be able to lift 50 pounds with frequent carrying of smaller items. Must be able to bend, reach, crouch, and kneel frequently. Must be able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment without losing focus or energy. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
