Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock management, compliance, scheduling, and team coordination. Ensure smooth and efficient service. Qualifications We are looking for a superstar Restaurant Manager who is: Experienced in managing teams in fast-paced environments, with the ability to inspire and develop talent. Experienced in Drive-Thru restaurant model An excellent communicator who can give clear direction and constructive feedback. A natural leader who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys motivating others. Knowledgeable about fast-food service standards and operational workflows. Skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution. Proficient in inventory management, scheduling, and stock control. Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining a customer-first attitude. Experienced in analysing sales reports, managing costs, and meeting KPIs.
