We are seeking Casual, Part-Time & Full-Time Supervisors with full availability to join our Beenleigh Drive-Thru Restaurant!! Job Description What does a Supervisor do? Opening and closing the restaurant Supervising employees including juniors Training and Development of all staff to achieve outstanding results Opening and/or closing store Training new employees Monitoring store performance and meeting KPI's Handling customer complaints and concerns Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use Cash handling and register operation Cleaning and maintaining the store Qualifications The right candidate will have: A positive attitude and willingness to learn Great communication skills and ability to talk to customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and school holidays Prior experience in a fast-paced, fast food restaurant desirable but not essential Additional Information Mandatory Requirements Food Safety Certificate - I'm Alert Food Safety Course - FREE online Working rights - passport and visa grant for international workers Our Culture: At The Yiros Shop, we foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment where team members are encouraged to bring their best selves to work every day.
