Description

ASSOCIATE DENTIST – JOIN OUR REMARKABLE TEAM AT RIVERLANDS DENTAL

Riverlands Dental is a state-of-the-art, accredited, and purpose-built dental practice that has been serving the North Richmond community for over 20 years. We are a progressive, fast-growing practice with a strong reputation for providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Our philosophy: “Changing lives for the better with Remarkable Dental Care.” We prioritize comprehensive diagnosis and prevention over volume-based dentistry.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • AHPRA-registered dentist with a Radiation License and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (Sponsorship is not available).
  • A strong team player who prioritizes high-quality patient care.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Competence in a comprehensive range of general dental treatments with attention to detail.
  • Experience using digital practice management systems, digital X-rays, rotary endodontics, OPG, CBCT, and Trios intraoral scanner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring long-term patient care and satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with complex direct restorations, fixed prosthodontics, rotary endodontics, simple periodontal management, and uncomplicated oral surgery.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities

We are seeking a Remarkable Associate Dentist to join our friendly and supportive team. You will work alongside experienced dentists and oral health therapists in a collaborative environment focused on excellence in patient care.
This is a part-time role (2 days per week), ideal for a local or ADC general dentist with at least 2+ years of experience. However, new graduates with a strong commitment to learning will also be considered.
