Fast Track Fee Earner – Disputed Cases (Hybrid, up to £36K)
Location: Wakefield (Hybrid – 1 day in office, 4 days WFH)
Salary: Up to £35,000 - £36,000 (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

REQUIREMENTS:

✔ Proven experience running litigated fast track cases (non-portal).
✔ Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and litigation processes.
✔ Excellent case management, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
✔ Ability to work independently while maintaining high client service standards.
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Fast Track Fee Earner to join our team, handling contested fast track cases from start to trial. This is a non-portal role, ideal for someone confident in litigation and managing disputed claims independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a caseload of disputed fast track cases through to trial.
  • Draft pleadings, prepare court bundles, and conduct legal research.
  • Represent clients in hearings and settlement negotiations.
  • Provide clear legal advice on case strategy and litigation risks.
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
