1. Administer and coordinate a range of administrative processes to support the planning team function and assist
   professional staff with the administrative tasks involved in processing of development applications and development
   permits under the Planning Act 1999.
2. Provide an accurate and informative enquiry service to clients in the department, development industry and broader
   community either by telephone or in person.
3. Assist professional staff including new employees on the use of the branch’s administrative processes and systems
   including the Integrated Land Information System (ILIS), Tower Records Information Management (TRIM), filing and
   archiving.
4. Assist professional staff with assessing and processing planning applications, under the Planning Act 1999 in an expedited
   timeframe.
