Job Responsibilities: Vill du arbeta praktiskt i en varierad roll där du bidrar till säkra, funktionella och välskötta fastigheter? Vi söker nu en fastighetstekniker med inriktning bygg/snickeri som vill bli en del av Magnas fastighetsavdelning. Som fastighetstekniker arbetar du med bygg- och snickeriarbeten i våra fastigheter med både produktionsmiljö och kontor – från reparationer och anpassningar till förbättringar och förebyggande underhåll. Du driver ditt arbete självständigt i vardagen och samarbetar nära kollegor utifrån verksamhetens behov. Tillsammans bidrar ni till att våra fastigheter är säkra, fungerar som de ska och håller hög kvalitet över tid. I rollen ingår bland annat att: Utföra bygg‑ och snickerirelaterade fastighetsarbeten, inklusive reparationer, renoveringar, anpassningar och förebyggande underhåll. Säkerställa att arbetet planeras, utförs, följs upp och dokumenteras enligt gällande lagar, standarder, interna rutiner samt planerat underhåll. Arbeta för hög säkerhet, god arbetsmiljö och minskad miljöpåverkan, inklusive ansvar för Heta Arbeten och 5S samt deltagande i skyddsronder och revisioner. Stötta fastighetsavdelningen genom samarbete med övriga fastighetstekniker samt utföra vanligt förekommande arbetsuppgifter vid behov. Ansvara för inköp av förbrukningsmaterial kopplat till fastighets‑ och snickeriarbeten samt arbeta kostnadseffektivt. Bidra till utveckling och förbättring av arbetssätt, rutiner och processer samt fungera som mentor för nyanställda och inhyrd personal. Kvalifikationer Som person är du proaktiv, lösningsorienterad och trivs i en praktisk och varierad roll. Du tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter, arbetar strukturerat och har ett högt kvalitets‑ och säkerhetstänk. Du samarbetar väl med kollegor inom fastighet samt med andra funktioner i organisationen och bygger lätt förtroendefulla relationer i en dynamisk miljö. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har: Utbildning inom bygg och snickeri och/eller dokumenterad yrkeserfarenhet inom bygg eller husbyggnad Erfarenhet av fastighetsunderhåll och byggrelaterade arbeten God teknisk och praktisk kompetens inom byggkonstruktioner och snickeriarbeten God kunskap om arbetsmiljö, säkerhet och relevanta regelverk Minst 3 års erfarenhet inom yrket eller är färdigutbildad lärling, eftersom rollen periodvis innebär att du arbetar självständigt.
