Job Responsibilities: Vill du arbeta i en tekniskt avancerad och varierad roll där du får utveckla och optimera fastigheters tekniska system? Vi söker nu en Fastighetstekniker med inriktning el och automation som vill vara med och utveckla Magnas fastighets‑ och produktionsnära system. Som fastighetstekniker ansvarar du för fastighetsrelaterade tekniska arbeten i Magnas fastigheter, med tyngdpunkt på elsystem, PLC‑programmering och tekniska systemlösningar. Du arbetar aktivt med att utveckla, förbättra och underhålla tekniska system såsom kylning, ventilation, kompressorer och övrig fastighetsteknik. Arbetet utförs enligt gällande lagar, standarder och interna rutiner och omfattar förebyggande underhåll, felsökning, förbättringsarbete samt deltagande i projekt. Rollen har en viktig funktion i Magnas fortsatta utveckling mot Industri 4.0. I rollen ingår bland annat att: Utveckla, förbättra och underhålla fastighetens tekniska system såsom ventilation, kylsystem, kompressorer, elinstallationer samt styr‑ och övervakningssystem, inklusive PLC‑programmering. Delta i och driva el‑ och fastighetsrelaterade projekt samt samarbeta tvärfunktionellt, inklusive medverkan i företagets el‑grupp. Vidareutveckla tekniska lösningar och system, inklusive Webport, samt anpassa utrustning i linje med Industri 4.0. Säkerställa korrekt och uppdaterad teknisk dokumentation, ritningar och standarder samt arbeta systematiskt med förebyggande underhåll. Säkerställa regelefterlevnad, kostnadseffektivitet och god ordning inom området, inklusive arbete enligt 5S, samt fungera som mentor för nyanställd och inhyrd personal. Kvalifikationer Som person är du tekniskt nyfiken, lösningsorienterad och strukturerad. Du trivs med att analysera problem, ta ansvar och driva arbete framåt. Du arbetar självständigt men har även god samarbetsförmåga och kommunicerar tydligt med både interna och externa kontaktytor. Du har ett högt säkerhetsmedvetande och ett ansvarsfullt förhållningssätt i ditt arbete. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har: Erfarenhet av PLC‑programmering. Elteknisk utbildning eller annan relevant utbildning och/eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. God teknisk förståelse för el‑ och fastighetssystem samt förmåga att felsöka och lösa tekniska problem på ett strukturerat sätt. Erfarenhet av att läsa, uppdatera och arbeta med elritningar, teknisk dokumentation samt underhålls‑ och dokumentationssystem. Erfarenhet av systematiskt arbete med förebyggande underhåll. God förmåga att planera, prioritera och arbeta självständigt i en föränderlig arbetsmiljö. God kommunikationsförmåga och god samarbetsförmåga med olika intressenter. God kunskap om arbetsmiljö, säkerhet och relevanta lagar och regelverk. Erfarenhet från industriella eller kommersiella miljöer är meriterande.
