Becone a trusted technical advisor to identify and drive customer intent, translate it into actionable deployment plans, provide technical deployment guidance and best practices, gain customer commitment to execute, overcome hurdles and delays and deliver secure, AI-driven solutions that maximize business value while mitigating risk. Serve as the chief deployment coordinator, demonstrating both technical expertise and strategic leadership. Identify customer deployment, revenue and transformational opportunities through consistently evaluating the customer environment, engaging with customer business and technical leaders, coordinaging with the customer account teams and delivering briefings on relevant technical solutions and strategies. Required: Great customer facing skills including the ability to rapidly establish and maintain personal and organizational credibility with Customers and Partners through deep delivery knowledge and effective communication. Proven track record delivering on team revenue or usage targets. Ability to collaborate effectively with field and product teams to ensure customer success. Growth mindset: drive to stay up to date with changes to enterprise technology. Travel up to 25%. 4 to 10+ years technical consulting, IT administration, support, project management, customer success management, or related work. Enterprise-scale experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
