FastTrack Migration Subject Matter Expert The Migration Subject Matter Expert (SME) plays a critical role in helping customers successfully execute their data migration strategy. This includes moving data from on-premises environments or competitor platforms to Microsoft 365, as well as supporting cross-tenant migrations. The SME is highly knowledgeable about the migration process and the toolsets used by the FastTrack Migration team. This role is accountable for delivering an end-to-end migration experience, ensuring smooth execution, driving migration throughput, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
