Description

Requirements of the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Fatigue Risk Management team, a specialist group driving innovation and setting the standard for safety best practice in the aviation industry. This team plays a vital role in helping shape easyJet into the world’s leading data-driven airline. Working alongside internal teams and external research partners, the team takes on complex challenges and delivers bespoke solutions that keep safety at the heart of everything we do.
As an FRMS Development Analyst, you’ll report to the FRMS Development & Analysis Manager and play a key role in designing, developing, and improving data systems, analytics, and visualisations. You’ll be involved in creating tailored solutions using modelling and machine learning, while also supporting decision-making through advanced tools and analytics. You’ll maintain and develop our fatigue analysis processes and bio-mathematical models, provide insight on the effectiveness of fatigue safety measures, and contribute to cross-functional project planning.
The role also includes exploring new technologies, carrying out ad hoc analysis, and helping to ensure FRMS insights are embedded across the business. You’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, helping to keep safety as our top priority through smart, data-led innovation.

Familiarity with VBA functions and core analytical techniques is expected, and you should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
A willingness to continuously learn, particularly in the areas of machine learning, data analytics, and visualisation is essential. Most importantly, we value innovative thinkers who take initiative and bring fresh, solution-oriented ideas to the table.
