Description Fayetteville Cares Hospitality Job Description 20 Hours per Week /Day Time Hours Part Time Position Summary: The Hospitality employee is responsible for keeping the building clean while in use by clients, resetting as needed, and notifying the DRC Director of needed maintenance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborates with others (Day Resource Center Staff) for the purpose of implementing and maintaining services needed to maintain the facility. Monitors schedules and special event operations for the purpose of ensuring required facilities preparation. Performs other related duties, such as, cleaning the building (mopping floors, cleaning windows, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning showers, emptying trash, and other related duties) Clean trash and lost items around property, both inside and outside. Leaves information for the purpose of maintaining the building to other Hospitality employees. Provide equipment and supply requests each week for ordering. Ensure Paylocity is up to date (Due by the 5th and 20th of each month) This includes recording your own hours (clocking in and out). Employee approval of the times you have recorded. Requesting time off in the appropriate amount of time Correcting or having your supervisor correct any errors that may have occurred. Required Meetings: DRC Staff Meetings Staff Mentoring as directed Key software requirements: Google Mail/Apps/Docs MS Office ROCK-RMS Paylocity Requirements Job Qualifications: Experience with janitorial Physical Requirements: The ability to lift and move 50 lbs. Operate lifts and other equipment.
