Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Banyan Tree Phuket. As the F&B Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our Food and Beverage services in our hotels. You will conduct market research, analyze competition, and identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, develop compelling content, manage social media presence, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think creatively and strategically Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in using marketing tools and software Knowledge of F&B industry trends and customer preferences Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
