JOB DESCRIPTION The Great Lakes Loons are seeking candidates to join our Food and Beverage Service Team! Candidates will provide exceptional service and experiences to guests of Dow Diamond. Food and Beverage Service Team members are responsible for carrying out all food and beverage offerings to patrons of Loons games and Dow Diamond Events. This includes: taking orders, accepting payments, fulfilling orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and having fun! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Excellent customer service skills, people skills, and communication skills. Ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to learn. PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/JOB QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skill, and Ability: A friendly and outgoing personality. Flexible work hours to include day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Highly self-motivated and directed. Preferred Experience: * A minimum 1 year of proven employment * Prior food service knowledge JOB TYPE Seasonal / Part Time
