This individual must have a proven record of delivering results through strong program management skills, problem-solving skills, influencing without authority, strong ability to prioritize, and a passion for customer experience.Key job responsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Learn to analyze operational data and identify basic trends to support business decisions- Assist in tracking and monitoring key performance metrics to help identify areas for improvement- Support data collection and basic reporting using Excel; develop skills in SQL and other data management tools over time- Help identify and escalate operational issues to appropriate teams and track resolution progress- Participate in communications with internal teams (Fulfillment Centers, Regional PMs) and external partners (Carriers, Sellers) under guidance- Help maintain and update internal documentation and training materials- Learn Amazon’s operations processes and systems while supporting daily operational activities
