Description FCHC Medical Group - Office Manager Department: FCHC Primary Care Wauseon, FCHC Primary Care Delta, FCHC Primary Care Fayette Status Hours: Full-time, 80 hours bi-weekly Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Summary: Manages a variety of general office activities for the physician offices of FCHC Primary Care Wauseon, FCHC Primary Care Delta, and FCHC Primary Care Fayette, including employee scheduling, payroll, and staff relations. Ensures efficient operation of the offices while supporting staff and patient needs. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day office operations for assigned physician offices. Schedule employees and manage staffing needs. Manage payroll and other administrative functions. Supervise and support office staff, providing guidance and resolving conflicts. Maintain effective communication with staff, providers, and patients. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) software for office management tasks. Perform additional duties as assigned. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Requirements Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience using Accountable Care Organization is preferred. Previous administrative and supervisory experience preferred. Previous medical office experience preferred, including use of EHR software. Strong management, organizational, and communication skills required. Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, and provide excellent customer service.
