JOB DESCRIPTION – CORPORATE FCL - IMPORT DESK OPERATION Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive / AM - Customer Service Reporting to: Branch Manager / Operations Manager Level: E2 - E3 - M10 Location: Gurgaon Minimum Qualification: Graduate Required Experience Range: Targeted Industry: Courier / Freight / Transportation / Warehousing Special Skills Required: Knowledge of Import Operations Roles & Responsibilities · Handle all operational activities including manifestation, container movement, tracking movement to CFS / ICD locations and smooth deliveries to other ports and locations · Resolve operational issues such as customs amendments and coordinate with shipping line origin offices for smooth customer deliveries · Keep track of pending deliveries · Ensure timely billing and issuance of arrival notices to consignee · Monitor DSR reports and ensure updates by the team · Handle freight disputes with origin office, pricing team, and shipping lines · Monitor CFS / ICD movements for key customers and continuously liaise with shipping lines for urgent railing out of containers Desired Candidate Profile · Graduate (UG: Any Graduate) · PG: Any Postgraduate
