Capital Place Building – 29 Lieu Giai Street, Ngoc Khanh Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam Job Description Welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner while ensuring the company security policy on visitor handling Handle calls to the company in a professional manner Handle mails, couriers, etc. and deliver accordingly Manage meeting room booking Manage company taxi cards and parking services Manage stationery for the office Check and verify bills, expenses; make payment request to the suppliers Support internal staff-sales and other events of the company.
