Requirements Minimum Requirements: High school diploma required Minimum of one year of experience in human services working with children and/or adult dependents Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree with at least six months of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field Additional Requirements: Ability to work independently, respond to emergencies, and meet deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Access to reliable internet or ability to work from an office location Valid driver’s license required Auto insurance with liability coverage and a safe driving record required Candidates with diverse backgrounds and multilingual abilities are encouraged to apply

The Family Support Worker will provide essential services such as family transportation, facilitate family interactions, and deliver necessary crisis intervention services to support families facing challenges. This role also involves coordinating and scheduling meetings with families and team members, alongside writing and submitting required case-specific documentation.
