Job Description Field and 0-km failure/complaint solving from customer Daily field errors analysis based on CCU New field running scenario and end-users fleet supporting Field vehicles onsite trouble shooting and problem solving Customer vehicle end of line support Spare parts supporting to ensure the repairing finish in time Field vehicle management(SW update history, HW repairing history, etc.) After sales technical & training document setup and maintenance Service suggestion definition/guidance setup and maintenance. Service Station training and management. Qualifications Bachelor degree or above in Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, electrochemical or or relevant educational background Experience of software tools INCA、MDA、CAN Analyzer Knowledge and experience of QM-system （8D…） Accept frequent business trip. Accountable, positive, trusted; willing to learn and adapting to changing environment Good English in both spoken and written for technical communications Good teamwork, creative mind and self-motivated 3 years related experience of system engineering / test / calibration in NEV area.
