Description

1. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and carry out production works of Finish Mill, Bar Heater, and Edge Heater. * Build process rules for Finish Mill, Bar Heater and Edge Heater to ensure high quality of product through correct model setups of Finish Delivery Temperature, Coiling Temperature, Bar Heater and Edge Heater controls. * Fulfill and maintain Temperature control models and functions and relevant improvements. * Mathematical models maintenance and improvements, for example bar heater, edge heater, finish rolling temperature, and coiling temperature, etc. * Analyze the root-cause of problems for finish mill rolling process and take actions to prevent. For example, abnormal temperature, etc. * Control and improve the quality indexes of finish mill for specific steel grades, mainly focus on FDT, CT and edge Temperature, etc. * Check equipment and ensure working precisions for finish mill. * Lower energy consumption through technical measures. 2. They are responsible for maintaining mathematical models, analyzing root causes of process issues, and implementing technical measures to improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
