Key Responsibilities •Perform linear/non-linear, static, dynamic, and transient structural/thermal analysis using Workbench and Classic (APDL) • CAD cleanup, geometry modification using SpaceClaim or DesignModeler, and meshing (2D/3D, sweep, mapped mesh) •Interpret FEA results, perform fatigue life assessments (HCF/LCF), buckling analysis, and resolve convergence issues • Create comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and present findings to stakeholders •Apply knowledge of ASME codes, welding, fasteners, and material behavior. Work Experience ANSYS Proficiency: Extensive experience in ANSYS Workbench (Mechanical) and ANSYS Classic (APDL). CAD Tools: Proficiency in SolidWorks or UG NX Education: B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical Experience: 2–8 years of experience in FEA-focused roles. Soft Skills: Strong communication, proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in team environments.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include performing various structural and thermal analyses using ANSYS Workbench and Classic, alongside CAD cleanup and geometry modification.
