Key Responsibilities •Perform linear/non-linear, static, dynamic, and transient structural/thermal analysis using Workbench and Classic (APDL) • CAD cleanup, geometry modification using SpaceClaim or DesignModeler, and meshing (2D/3D, sweep, mapped mesh) •Interpret FEA results, perform fatigue life assessments (HCF/LCF), buckling analysis, and resolve convergence issues • Create comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and present findings to stakeholders •Apply knowledge of ASME codes, welding, fasteners, and material behavior. Work Experience ANSYS Proficiency: Extensive experience in ANSYS Workbench (Mechanical) and ANSYS Classic (APDL). CAD Tools: Proficiency in SolidWorks or UG NX Education: B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical Experience: 2–8 years of experience in FEA-focused roles. Soft Skills: Strong communication, proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in team environments.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include performing various structural and thermal analyses using ANSYS Workbench and Classic, alongside CAD cleanup and geometry modification. The role also requires interpreting FEA results, conducting fatigue and buckling assessments, and creating comprehensive technical reports.
