Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Economic and Financial Feasibility Study Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market analysis, financial assessments, and economic evaluations to determine the viability and profitability of proposed business ventures, projects, or investments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in preparing economic and financial feasibility studies, preferably in a consulting or project management environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of market research tools and data analysis methods.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a specific industry such as construction, real estate, or technology.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools or financial software is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Feasibility Studies:
  • Perform in-depth research and analysis of proposed projects to assess their economic and financial feasibility.
  • Evaluate market conditions, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to provide a comprehensive understanding of the potential business opportunity.
  • Financial Analysis:
  • Prepare financial models including forecasts, budgets, and profitability projections.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations based on financial data to ensure the feasibility of projects.
  • Analyze cash flows, costs, investments, and funding requirements to determine project viability.
  • Economic Impact Analysis:
  • Analyze the potential economic impact of a project on local or regional economies, including employment creation, infrastructure development, and long-term economic benefits.
  • Prepare Reports:
  • Develop clear and concise feasibility study reports for internal stakeholders and potential investors.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on study results.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with project managers, financial planners, and other stakeholders to gather necessary data and inputs.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align feasibility studies with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Presentation and Communication:
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients, management, and stakeholders in an understandable and persuasive manner.
