Description
Requirements Definition and Analysis Analyzing complex cross-functional systems and implement innovative solutions. Defining customer needs and the essential functionality of the feature in the early stages of its development cycle. This includes scoping and defining requirements, which serve as the building blocks for what the feature is and what it needs to accomplish. System Design and Architecture Working with the feature architecture team to help define the system architecture and network topologies. This also involves designing and implementing solutions that integrate multiple systems to meet business requirements for the feature. Modeling and Analysis Engaging in modeling and system analysis, including simulations, interface development, Functional Safety, Cyber Security, and defining the functional and physical architecture related to the feature. Development and Implementation Oversight Meeting systems engineering milestones related to the feature. They may assist in developing models for interfaces between subsystems and oversee the development of customized software and hardware requirements for the feature. Integration and Testing Collaborating closely with test engineers to verify and validate the feature within the system. This includes developing test plans, test procedures, and requirement verification plans. They ensure the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability for the feature. System Monitoring and Maintenance Monitoring, organizing, and managing tasks related to the feature throughout its project lifecycle. This includes continuous monitoring of system performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions to maintain the feature's uptime. This includes the ability to communicate complex system issues and resolutions in a clear and concise manner. They also ensure that the features' systems are compliant with organizational guidelines and lead trade-off discussions with cross-functional teams. Automation and Optimization Planning and implementing system automation for the feature to enhance efficiency. They continuously evaluate the feature's performance and implement improvements to enhance functionality and efficiency.
