I. Job Summary We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer - II to build and maintain BI and analytics solutions that transform data into knowledge. Day-to-day, the Business Intelligence Developer - II would be responsible for creating data models, developing dashboards, and maintaining data integrity with the help of Power BI Desktop, DAX Studio, and Power Query. We want to the candidate should have business understanding and problem-solving skills and experience with data and business analysis with best in the analytical field and a good communicator. A Business Intelligence Developer - II should be well-versed in the Power BI technology and is in charge of creating and managing BI tools and has a thorough understanding of the BI system. A Business Intelligence Developer - II Analyst's primary responsibility is to transform raw data into relevant insights via interactive and simple-to-understand dashboards and reports. Because of his strategic, executive, and management roles and duties, a Power BI developer is critical to the firm. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Recognize business requirements in the context of BI and create data models to transform raw data into relevant insights Using Power BI, create dashboards and interactive visual reports Define key performance indicators (KPIs) with specific objectives and track them regularly Analyze data and display it in reports to aid decision-making Convert business needs into technical specifications and establish a timetable for job completion Create, test, and deploy Power BI scripts, as well as execute efficient deep analysis Use Power BI to run DAX queries and functions Create charts and data documentation with explanations of algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships Construct a data warehouse Use SQL queries to get the best results Make technological adjustments to current BI systems to improve their performance For a better understanding of the data, use filters and visualizations Analyze current ETL procedures to define and create new systems Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs Analyzing datasets to uncover trends and insights Maintaining data accuracy and integrity within BI systems Translating business requirements into technical specifications Architect comprehensive data solutions aligned with business goals Develop, deploy and manage Power BI applications organization-wide Maintain data accuracy and integrity within enterprise databases Educate non-technical stakeholders on data utilization strategies Optimize performance through continuous system upgrades III. Qualifications A. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any stream with proven track record in PBI domain, or in lieu of degree High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
