QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to provide three professional references relevant to the position.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in a security environment managing 20+ personnel.
• Knowledge of FPS SMART Book, DHS FPS Guard Program, and NIST SP 800-53 standards.
• HSPD-12 credential eligibility.
• Weapons qualification and CPR/First Aid certification.

Work Location: In perso

• Supervise Shift Supervisors and PSOs to ensure compliance with FPS SMART Book requirements.
• Ensure post inspections and APSO inspections meet DHS FPS standards.
• Maintain readiness for emergency response and evacuation procedures.
• Ensure all assigned personnel comply with HSPD-12 credentialing and NIST SP 800-53 controls.
• Monitor weapons qualifications and ensure CPR/First Aid certifications remain valid.
