Job Details Job Location: Windsor Mill, MD 21224 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Not Specified Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 Salary Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of capture strategies for $100M+ opportunities within Federal Health and Civilian sectors, including market analysis, customer engagement, and gap identification Assemble and manage cross-functional teams, establish resource requirements, budgets, and timelines, and drive collaboration to ensure capture efforts align with customer needs and organizational objectives Collaborate with teams to develop innovative solutions, win themes, and value propositions that enhance customer mission outcomes and strengthen competitive positioning Oversee proposal development, lead color team reviews, and ensure win strategies are effectively reflected in proposal materials, adhering to established processes and deadlines Provide business intelligence to understand customer needs, competitor capabilities, and market trends, leveraging insights to refine strategies and improve win probability (pWin) Develop and present gate review materials to senior executives, communicate strategy and progress, and align organizational resources to close pursuit gaps effectively Qualifications Requirements: Federal government-related capture experience required The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in Growth/BD/Capture in the Federal Health and Civilian Sectors Bachelor's degree in a related field 10+ years of professional experience in a Growth/BD/Capture related position 7+ Years' Leadership/Project Experience in New Business/Growth Responsibilities Strong management and writing skills Candidates with Orals experience preferred Provide an up-to-date Deal Sheet reflecting opportunities worked and wins and losses Must be located in the DMV area to be considered EEO Employer: RELI Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
