Description

The Federal Marketing Programs Manager is closely aligned with all regional marketing activities. This role will provide oversight surrounding the execution of Optiv + ClearShark’s regional demand generating marketing campaigns, industry events, and programs. This highly interactive and dynamic position works closely with management as you will be the face of marketing to your region(s), devising and executing strategic marketing programs with cross-functional teams, impacting pipeline generation, and strengthening the Optiv + ClearShark brand.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Collaborate closely with field sales teams, leadership, and partners to develop and execute demand generation programs, industry events, and campaigns to drive pipeline and industry awareness to federal target accounts
  • Build brand awareness for Optiv + ClearShark value services to the Federal Government and industry
  • Stay current with marketing trends
  • Analyze and share key marketing metrics, including lead conversion, MQL/SQL, reach/engagement, ROI, and overall performance of programs
  • Cultivate partner and customer relationships
  • Manage marketing development funds (MDF) process and regional budget

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, preferred and at least 5 years of direct experience
  • Prior Public Sector marketing experience required
  • Knowledge of marketing development fund (MDF) processes required
  • Strong project management skills
  • Creative outlook
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-departmental teams
  • Exemplary oral and written communication skills
