REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Program Management skills
• Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data analysis
• Experience with the Federal Government and Government Contracting is a must.
• Proficient in Budgeting and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Roswell, GA
• Experience in facility maintenance or Federal Construction environment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Public Administration, or related field

This is a full-time on-site role located in Roswell, GA, for a Federal Program Manager. The Federal Program Manager will oversee and manage the federal government life cycle, starting from capture to contract closeout, including budgeting, compliance, and project execution. Daily tasks will include program management, analytical analysis, and ensuring adherence to federal regulations. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders and coordination among various teams to meet project goals and maintain service excellence.
