About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our expanding Federal team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of relevant experience and a passion for leading complex, high-impact projects. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing the ability to work independently with the need to engage across multiple teams and disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage federal projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards
  • Manage project scoping, proposal development, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and report on budget and schedule adherence
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of project issues
  • Oversee project deliverables and ensure successful project closeout

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution; or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of 8 years of project management experience, ideally within the A/E/C consulting environment
  • Professional Engineering (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) licensure is preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials are a plus
  • Strong proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and other relevant tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • A drive to continuously learn, grow professionally, and mentor junior team members.
