Job Description: As a Federal Tax Associate in our Lead Tax Services practice, you will work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries, delivering high-quality tax consulting and compliance services. You will collaborate with engagement teams to address complex tax matters, support accurate and timely filings, and contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and capable of managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required CPA license or progress toward CPA requirements strongly preferred 1–2 years of experience in public accounting or a corporate/public blend Experience with partnership, S-corporation, individual, and/or multi-state taxation Strong writing, communication, and tax research skills Familiarity with tax technology software; advanced proficiency is a plus We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
