What You’ll Do Safely operate a delivery vehicle on town and rural routes Deliver and pick up packages from residences and businesses Follow route schedules using navigation systems and written instructions Prioritize safety, efficiency, and top-notch customer service Lift and transport packages (up to 75 lbs. routinely, up to 150 lbs. with equipment) Driver Route Expectations Rural Areas: 50–75 stops per day Mixed Routes: 75–100 stops per day In-Town Routes: 110–160 stops per day Daily Responsibilities Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain a clean and professional appearance per FedEx dress code Load/sort packages for efficient delivery Communicate effectively with your manager and team Be punctual and reliable every day Work in all weather conditions What We’re Looking For Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass a FedEx background check, drug screening, and DOT physical Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team spirit Physical ability to lift and carry packages (up to 75 lbs. routinely; 150 lbs. with a hand truck) Experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL, Walmart delivery, Uber, or Lyft is a plus, but not required Why Drive With Us?
