We do this important and compelling work through eight full-facility branches, a multi-site child care branch; a branch serving families experiencing homelessness and a branch that operates residential/non-residential programs for adolescents.  Under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, the Behavioral Health Clinician will provide a range of behavioral health services at the Old Colony YMCA Mental Health Clinic. Using a collaborative approach, the Behavioral Health Clinician will provide high quality, coordinated, comprehensive, behavioral health interventions. While working as part of the OCY clinical treatment team, the Clinician will have the following responsibilities: * Complete Comprehensive Bio-psychosocial Evaluations * Provide individual and group counseling * Effectively communicate with OCY administrative and clinical staff * Effectively communicate with client’s collateral providers and family when needed * Maintain timely and proper documentation (Ehana) and meet productivity expectations * Participate in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and trainings required by OCY * Maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA) Salary commensurate with licensure and experience. Clinical supervision provided, as well as many in-house trainings and opportunities for growth in a constantly growing social service sector of a great non-profit agency.   Job Type: Part-Time   Qualifications Qualifications and Skills Required: * Master’s degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited educational institution * Massachusetts Professional License (or license-eligible) (LMHC, LICSW, LADAC). * Ability to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic working relationships with clients * Ability to remain flexible and adaptive in treatment approach * Cross-cultural knowledge and skills (Cultural Humility) * Excellent verbal and written skills & Excellent clinical boundaries *Skills Preferred: * Experienced treating Dual Diagnosis and Substance Use Disorders * Experienced in facilitating group therapy * Experienced treating challenging populations (mandated, chronic disorders, complex cases) * Ability to serve as scheduled point of contact in clinic’s rotation for urgent needs Qualifications and Skills Required: * Master’s degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited educational institution * Massachusetts Professional License (or license-eligible) (LMHC, LICSW, LADAC). * Ability to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic working relationships with clients * Ability to remain flexible and adaptive in treatment approach * Cross-cultural knowledge and skills (Cultural Humility) * Excellent verbal and written skills & Excellent clinical boundaries
