MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional experience in government accounts receivable, financial data processing, accounting and/or licensing systems.
- Experience using computer programs that include word processing, database and spreadsheet software.
- Experience working with the general public in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:
This position processes daily receivables. Responsibilities include proper and accurate collection, accounting and deposit of payments received in accordance with state and agency policies and procedures. This position establishes accurate regulant demographic records in accordance with agency guidelines, maintains an understanding of the various board regulations as they apply to fee structures, interprets financial histories and delivers excellent customer service.
